How do I collect the keys?
We use a secure key less Smart Lock system for easy self-check-in. You will receive full instructions and the key box code on the day of your check-in.
Is the hotel rooms cleaned during my stay?
For short stays, cleaning is done before check-in only. If you are staying longer and would like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an extra fee — just let us know in advance.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, limited free on-street parking is available near the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. Public pay-and-display parking is also available nearby.
Where can I book the apartments?

Can I request an extra bed or a baby cot?
Yes, we can provide a baby cot upon request. There is an additional charge of £10 per baby cot per night. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for your arrival.

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.If you have special requests for early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs depending on availability.
