• No damage to the room or property
• No smoking inside the room
• No excessive noise or parties
• All house rules are respected

Deductions may apply if:

• Smoking is detected (£100 penalty)
• Damage or missing items
• Disturbance to other guests
• Extra cleaning required

Refund Process

• Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method
